Well, you might not have had it in a drink before. But cardamom isn’t just for curries. In India (where it’s grown), cardamom tea is a popular brew. It helps your digestion, circulation and a good way to freshen your breath (but cleaning your teeth helps too).

Made from water, fruit juices from concentrate (apple, pomegranate, sour cherry), natural flavours, cardamom pod extract, tartaric acid, steviol glycosides.

Goji berries aren’t much to look at (think small, shrivelled, red). Don’t be fooled. They’re high in fibre, vitamin C and minerals, and they have more iron in them than spinach.
